large diameter area of the shank. This fits on newer Polar Paper Cutters,

This steel anvil tool is 2" in diameter by 4" long. It weights 3-1/2 pounds. It is used to position and hold the false clamp pin in place while the bottom end of the pin is peened over with a hammer. One end is accurately machined to fit over the P10 pin while the opposite end fits over the P11 pin. The ends of the anvil tool are steel stamped for proper identification.
