This steel shear pin or shear bolt fits Prism 78 & 92 paper cutters. The main shank is 12mm (.47") in diameter and is 40mm (1.57") long below the head. It has an M12 thread. Included with each shear pin is a mating elastic stop nut and a washer. The head is 28mm (1.11") in diameter with two flats. The head is eccentric to the shank.
