This grade 12.9 steel socket head cap screw shear bolt fits Saber 137 paper cutters. The main shank is 10mm (.39") in diameter, except where it is undercut. It is 55mm (2.16") long below the head. It has an M10 thread. Included with each shear pin is a mating zinc plated flat washer and a zinc plated elastic stop nut.
