Grade 8 steel hex head bolt, 1/2-13 threads by 1-31/32" long below the washer. The washer is an integral part of the head and does not rotate and will not fall off. The washer is 1-1/16" in diameter. Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. Hex head measures 3/4" across the flats.
