This steel, low head, hex head bolt fits some Polar 92 Paper Cutters. It has a 10mm thread and measures 20mm (.79") long below the washer. The heavy steel washer is 1" in diameter and 1/8" thick. The washer also has a beveled outer edge. The washer rotates but is held captive, it will not fall off.
