Knife Bolt for Challenge 420, National, and early Seybold Paper Cutters

This steel hex head cap screw fits Challenge 420, most National, and early Seybold Paper Cutters.  The 1/2"-12 thread is 1-3/32" long below the washer.  The hex head is 3/8" high and measures 3/4" across the hex flats.  The washer is captive and is not removable.
